Booked standard king room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a work desk. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Besides, the parking was on site: )

Planned to see Raleigh major attractions and it was fantastic base for visiting all of them. Room rate is US$ 126, satisfied.

The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

As picky eaters we appreciated to be close to plenty of restaurants, went to Taverna Agora couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

We would still consider staying here again if the opportunity arises. Loved the bar for breakfast. Furthermore, we could use free Wi Fi;)))
